White Peony 50g

White peony is the most complex white tea in the world. Made from the first spring picking of white tea buds and two lower leaves just as the April rains begin in Fujian Province, China. Natural sun-drying makes the tea soothing and gentle on even the weakest stomachs. High in anitoxidants and very low in caffeine - drink it any time of day or night.

Use two teaspoons per cup and infuse in 65-75 degree water for one to three minutes according to taste, before pouring into a serving vessel or directly into cups. This tea can be re-infused many times. Infuse in a gaiwan for best results. Using hotter water will result in a more malty flavour, but the complexity will be lost.
