Organic Dragon Well (Long Jing) x 50g

Each bag contains 50g of tea.The traditional method of making Dragon Well is what really sets it apart. Each individual tea bud is hand-pressed and shaped in a wok to achieve the perfect level of roasting. The 2007 Organic Dragon Well (Long Jing) is grown in the Zhejiang region of China. It is a green tea with leaves that are dappled in greens and yellows. The tea that is produced is bright, glowing and a pale-green in colour. The lively, high definition flavours have a grassy freshness which is underscored by subtle liquorice root complexity.                                                                                                                                                                                         Infuse 3-5g per 250ml water; water temperature: 80°C; allow to stand for at least 3-4 mins.
