Cranial acupuncture boosts effect of anti-depressants
A novel acupuncture treatment strategy called dense cranial electro-acupuncture stimulation (DCEAS) has been shown to enhance anti-depressant efficacy in the early phase of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) treatment for major depressive disorder (MDD).
