The Chinese have been growing tea for over 2,000 years and still produce the finest teas in the world. We go direct to the small, traditional farms to buy the authentic, artisan product, grown and processed by hand today as they have been for thousands of years. We buy them seasonally, in small quantities.
Organic and Fair Trade – naturally. Our teas are grown in the traditional way without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilizers. Supplies of these high grade teas are limited and highly sought after locally so we always pay the fair market price.
