Oolong Tea is partly oxidised, from 10-70%, making it the most diverse of all types of tea. Somewhere between a green tea and a black tea, the flavours of oolong can range from dark and smoky to light and fruity. Oolong is fast becoming a very popular tea in the West, due to its relatively easing brewing process and extraordinary range and depth of flavour.
