Yin Zhen Silver Needle

Other Names: Yin Zhen White Tea, Silver Tip White Tea, White Pekoe White Tea, Bai Hao Tea

Fuding Yin Zhen is made up of soft, immature leaf buds densely covered in tiny silvery hairs. Very high in antioxidants, the buds are hand- picked at dawn and scattered in the sun to dry. The liquor is a bright pale gold with notes of melon.
