Other name: 'Yellow Sprout' tea.

Huo Shan Huang Ya is precessed mostly the same as green tea but with an extra step, whereby the tea is lightly oxidised to create a sweeter taste. This tea is remarkably soft on the palate with hints of nuts and sweetcorn.
