Jasmine Silver Needle is made from young, unopened silver tea buds, which are suffused with fresh Jasmine blossoms over several nights. The buds take on the flavour of Jasmine to produce a sweet, distinctive flavour that is mellowed by the white tea. This tea is goes well with food, and is rich in antioxidant catechins.
