Organic Arya Ruby First Flush Darjeeling

The Arya Estate is known the world over for its First Flush but with the Ruby the difference is less apparent - until you taste it. This organic Ruby First Flush is a departure from a classic Darjeeling tea both in appearance and taste. The liquor, as the name suggests, is a rich ruby red almost the colour of a vintage port with a deep glow. The flavour is smooth and rich, floral and soft with underlying notes of caramel, nutmeg and even dark Chocolate.
