Yellow tea
Yellow tea takes its name from the yellow tinge of the leaves, achieved by different techniques; some are guarded secrets. Oxidation occurs when the leaves are covered lightly with mats. The result is a sweet and rounded liquor, that makes tellow tea quite rare and desirable.
