Other information

The Baduanjin (eight pieces of brocade) is a classic qigong form dating back to at least the 12th century. As its name implies, there are eight movements that work the body in a wide range of ways. It can also help one develop mental and physical stability, internal power and resilience. As with all qigong, these movements are seamlessly integrated with deep, slow breathing and mental absorption. Peter is an experienced qigong teacher known for carefully explaining the essence and structure of each movement. After each course, all participants will get access to a video of the full form as an aid to practice. Price: £45 | No previous experience necessary, a reasonable level of fitness is required.
