Preparation
Vessel: Gaiwan / Artisan Press / Yixing or GlassTea Pot
Warm and rinse your vessel and cups with boiled water. Place two teaspoons or 3g of tea into your vessel; a simple rule of thumb is that the leaves should evenly cover the bottom. Add spring or filtered water at 75-80° or a minute off the boil. Infuse for 25 seconds and pour into your cup(s). Remember to re-infuse 6 times increasing steeping time to taste. The beauty of these Dragon Jasmine Pearls is their endurance and the subtle evolution of the jasmine into the white tea – a magnificent tea experience.
Story
The intoxicating scent of jasmine permeates this delicious tea. The art of creating this particular Jasmine tea required 21 nightly rituals of laying fresh jasmine buds upon a delicate first flush of Fuding Da Bai Cha white tea buds. The pearls were then hand-rolled to seal in the magic. It is gracious, smooth, and seduces you into at least 6 infusions. This Jasmine was specifically sourced to satisfy a discerning Jasmine tea drinker.
