A network meta analysis (NMA) comparing treatments for hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) suggests that acupuncture, acupressure and methylprednisolone have better therapeutic benefits than standard care. Twenty studies were included in the systematic review and 18 in the meta-analysis. Acupressure also decreased the requirement for rescue antiemetics.
