This tea can be made in a classic teapot or as our friend Lili does, in a glass wine carafe. Sprinkle 8-10 leaves in the bottom of your vessel and add 85˚ spring or filtered water or a minute off the boil. Infuse for 3 minutes.
Story
This aromatic, fresh, delicate and refreshing wild harvested lemon verbena is from our friend Lilian's family farm in Las Alpujarras in Andalusia, Spain. The quality of this tea is exquisite becuase it is grown biodynamically and hand harvested twice a year by a group of Lili's of friends.
