Tai chi (TC) training helps improve attention in healthy young adults, according to American researchers.


Research from the USA has found that a 12-week tai chi (TC) intervention was more effective in reducing fall rates for stroke survivors than either strength training or usual care.


A Cochrane Database systematic review from China suggests that the herbal formula Sheng Mai San (SMS - Generate the Pulse Powder) may exert a positive effect on heart failure, especially when used alongside usual medical treatment.


Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan (GZFLW - Cinnamon and Hoelen Formula) appears to result in additional reduction of fibroid volume when added to mifepristone treatment, according to a Cochrane Database systematic review.
